Terms of Service

DTT Tennis Club operates a tennis education platform in Greater Vancouver, BC. Our services include tennis courses for all ages and skill levels, a Smart Course Matching Quiz, online course enrollment, and related communication tools.

By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Parents or guardians may create accounts on behalf of minors for junior program enrollment.

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We accept credit cards, debit cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.

Course fees are due at the time of enrollment. Prices are as displayed on each course detail page and may change between terms.

Refund policy: Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 48 hours before your first scheduled class. After your first class, refunds are prorated based on remaining sessions, minus a $25 administrative fee. No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled class.

Video Clinic payments are non-refundable once coach review has begun.

You may cancel your enrollment at any time by contacting us or through your account dashboard. Cancellation terms are as follows:

DTT Tennis Club reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, weather, or facility issues. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

• 48+ hours before first class — full refund
• After first class — prorated refund minus $25 admin fee
• Less than 48 hours before a scheduled class — no refund for that session
• Waitlist removal — no charge

All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and sportsmanlike environment. The following behaviors are prohibited:

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your enrollment without refund, at the discretion of DTT Tennis Club management.

• Verbal or physical harassment of coaches, staff, or other students
• Damage to facilities or equipment
• Attending class under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Disruptive behavior that interferes with instruction
• Discrimination of any kind

All content on the DTT Tennis Club platform — including text, images, logos, course materials, and the Smart Course Matching Quiz — is the property of DTT Tennis Club and is protected by Canadian intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

DTT Tennis Club provides tennis instruction as a physical activity. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with athletic activities, including the risk of injury.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTT Tennis Club, its coaches, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or participation in our programs.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DTT Tennis Club, its coaches, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
